Wont let me enchant

So recently I havent been able to enchant on hypixel and other servers. Many people can who don't use badlion client and when I try to enchant It wont let me because there is no visible lapiz (im playing on 1.8.9)https://i.badlion.net/Sx9RsLWFk4v4AwFiJcESKE.png
