I was doing Iron OCN today, got in a match with mcgalaxystar. We exchanged a few bow shots, he randomly got tped out of the arena, while I stayed in. I /spawned out, lost the match. When he got tped out a LMS had just started, so I think this is a prime factor in the bug. After the match ended I questioned mcgalaxystar to ask what he saw from his perspective. He said he won the match because budtheoink tped to spawn. He was not in a match with budtheoink, he was in a match with me, but when looking at his profile I see this: https://www.badlion.net/match/kitpvp/2793774 mcgalaxystar took damage, when budtheoink never attacked. I questioned mcgalaxystar to see if he trolled in the match and he said no. Oddly enough though here is my match link where I strictly recall landing some bow shots on him, but he took no armor damage or hearts: https://www.badlion.net/match/kitpvp/2793856

In my opinion I think the bug is primarily being caused by LMS.
