Numbered cape

A somewhat soft of cheap cape for like 5 dollars with the order of which you bought it (first person to buy gets 0, etc).Then number 1000 gets like a cool star cape. (Something cool like that)

Customizable number and background would be cool but would have to change how they work I suppose.
