Opening resource pack crashes badlion

Whenever I open the resource pack menu, It shows "Saving world" and then crashes.Video: https://youtu.be/KcMA7Xsi3q8

Hello,- Is there a specfic message that appears when you crash?
- If the message says "Submit a bug report" or a random error message, submit a bug report at the bottom of the launcher or by clicking on the button that appears. This will give your logs to the developers and will help them fix this bug as soon as possible. Don't forget to explain to them what happened.
- If a message with instructions appears, follow them. If they do not help, submit a bug report like written above.
