Hello,
Here are some steps to try resolve this/fix this issue.
1.
Make sure you areen't using a VPN.
2.
Go here -> https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108 and submit a bug report, and if possible, try to find your logs, unless the admin/dev responding tell you otherwise.
(this will help them fix the often recurring bug.
