I have the beta option disabled but it still says to access beta I need Insider and it wont let me play.

Hello,

You are required to have the Insider rank to launch the game because of closed beta testing - it doesn't matter if you have enabled the "Use beta?" feature or not, it won't let you launch unless you upgrade your rank to Insider.
(I'm pretty sure it shows that when you try to launch the game.)
