I don't like how BadLion looks on mc (menu, pause screen, settings, etc), and would just like to restore it to the normal minecraft look, keeping all the features. Can I/will there be a way to do this?

No, it's not possible to change the look of those things, except for settings (if you meant Minecraft settings), they do look like in vanilla Minecraft.
