heres a mod Suggestion:

the glintcolorizer mod and the chromapotions mod.

The glintcolorizer mod makes so that the entchantment glint of a Sword or any enchanted item will be every Color you like or even chroma.
The chromapotions mod makes that the particles are chroma.
