My Badlion Client Cosmetic

Dear Badlion Client Team,About 2-3 days ago I bought a cosmetic for the account: yuqara. This cosmetic is still not there. I can dial it, but I don't see it on my back and arm and other people don't see it either. I bought the ice bow.

I wish the cosmetic would show up or that I get the money back.

Is it the Ice Bow that isn’t showing ? It only shows when you have a bow in your hand.If it is another cosmetic that you bought that doesn’t appear in your cosmetic locker, please make a payment support thread on the forums providing all necessary info proving payment.

The Ice Bow is an actual replacement for your Bow item in game.It does NOT behave like the old Cupid Bow (which will be getting reworked soon to behave like the new system).
Take out a bow and arrow and shoot away :)
