Okay, my friend just downloaded BLC but when he downloaded and clicked F11 it went on his other computer screen? and his main but he could only move and use his mouse etc… on his 2nd screen any help?Posted on 22 December 2019 - 04:24 PM

Hello,I've helped people who have had the same issue before.
I just need to know which graphics card your friend has (https://help.sketchup.com/en/sketchup/how-can-i-find-out-which-graphics-card-i-have-my-pc) so it would be easier for me to give your friend further instructions on what to do next.
If your friend has NVIDIA graphics, tell them to go to https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx and select the right graphics driver, and download/install the latest update.
