every time I open badlion and join a server, it loads, joins, then it crashes. then it says that my intel graphics drivers are out of date, please update your drivers. but I checked my drivers and they were fine. all of them were up to date.Last edited on 24 December 2019 - 05:44 PM by UnknownFact
Hello,If you are sure you have updated graphics drivers (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html), please submit a bug report next time the game crashes/shows the same error (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports). It will send us your logs with the exact crash reason.

Hello,I'm pretty sure the error you got told you to log out of the launcher and forums and then log back in on both, and then submit a bug report again. Please do that.
If you were getting a different error, please send me a screenshot of it.

Hello,You need to write everything you did before the game crashed.
Here's an example:
1. Launch the game, version 1.8.9
2. Join a single-player world or a server.
3. Do something (jump around, break some blocks).
4. Wait for the game to crash.
It might be different for you.

Hello,In that step, you need to explain if you have any unusual configuration, like, a different Minecraft folder or any unusual setting enabled/configured. I usually write "- or no".

Now wait for an admin/developer or someone from the tech support team to check your bug report. It might take up to one day to get your bug report checked so be patient. :)
Make sure to check that bug report once every hour or so, they might leave instructions on what to do next.
