I would like to swich a cape from a account of mine to an other account, is this possible in any way?

Cosmetics can be transferred to another account only within 48 hours of purchase. It can be done by going to the Payment Support section (https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37) and creating a new thread using the right format which can be found in the pinned threads.
