Hi! Im planning on buying a cape and i cant change the type of dynamic cape i want. How do i fix this??

To turn on Dynamic capes, you need to

Go to the Badlion Client mod slide out by pressing RShift in game or by pressing ESC and BLClient mod slideout, go to graphics, and go to the bottom and change he style.

Then, please make sure that you are not on Low Graphics Mode.
