Was supposed to be unmuted a day ago?

Well, this is like my 10th time getting muted this past few weeks, and I was looking at my mutes, which was supposed to be a day, but I got it 2 days ago at ~6 PM my time, I logged on tonight and still had the mute.Also, is there ever a perm mute?
