When I tried to open BLC it states BLC has stopped working

I've tried reinstalling but that doesn't help whatsoever

Hello,

Next time the game stops working, submit a bug report. You can do that by clicking on the "Submit Bug Report" button which is located at the bottom of the launcher (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports). It will send us your logs. We need to see your logs to see what's wrong.

Im sorry but IT CRASHES WHEN THE LAUNCHER OPENS
I cant press the button when it's not physically there.

Hello,

Go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108 and create a new bug report thread. Explain the problem.
Admins or developers might ask you to upload the launcher logs manually.
