Hello,I was unable to reproduce the issue related to waypoints. It is working fine on 1.14.4.
Make sure to enable the mod and the specific waypoint. Try testing it with another mod profile. If you still have the same issue, submit a bug report via the launcher (scroll down and click on "Submit Bug Report" - https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports).
About the GUI editing issue - next time both issues happen (mods changing size and having problems with 'clicking'), submit a bug report via the launcher (scroll down and click on "Submit Bug Report" - https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports). It will send us your logs. It is a known issue but logs can help to fix the problem.
