I bought a cloak from the Badlion store and after two weeks the cloak has not been transacted into my Minecraft account. The order states it has been purchased but there are no capes in my Minecraft account. I'm confused on how to contact Badlion about it.

Make sure you have cloaks enabled. Press "Right Shift" on your keyboard and click the "graphics" tab. You should see an option called "Cloaks" make sure it's enabled.
