My motion blur is extremely bugged. I tried searching for other threads but in my case its the complete opposite. If i have fast render off, and turn motion blur the screen turns black. If i do turn fast render on, and use motion blur my screen doesn't go black but motion blur doesn't work. Help

Hello,

On which Minecraft version is this issue happening?
Also, change your texture pack to default and see if the problem still happens. If it doesn't, it's a texture pack's fault.
