Hello badlionI have the badlion client for almost a year but 1 day i dont know what happend its not working for me anymore could you help me with my problem

Hello,If I understood correctly, the website and the launcher doesn't load at all.
That might be caused by:
- a weak internet connection;
- something that is blocking your connection. It might be an antivirus or firewall.
As for the statement you just posted, I don't have any information available on that.

Make sure that your connection is good an running fine, if that doesn’t help, double check to make sure you have no firewalls or antiviruses blocking your connection.Last edited on 13 January 2020 - 05:56 PM by Floor_Gang

Hello,If you want to disable the firewall, follow these steps:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Select the System and Security link.
3. Choose Windows Firewall.
4. Select Turn Windows Firewall on or off on the left side of the screen.
5. Select the bubble next to Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended).
6. Choose OK to save the changes.
If you want to disable your antivirus, you may need to search on Google how to do that. I don't know which antivirus you are using.
If you have disabled your antivirus and firewall but still can't use the launcher without the VPN, then it might be the internet's fault - it might be too weak. You need a stable internet connection to use Badlion Client.
If you are sure your internet connection is stable and there is nothing that is blocking BLC connections, submit a bug report. It will send us your logs and admins will look into the problem. im having the issue with the jar error where it says it might be my connection or my firewall/antivirus but the thing is that my antivirus doesn't pop up with anything that they are blocking it and my connection is finefix please

It might not show any pop-ups. The best thing to do is to disable the firewall and antivirus (I explained how to do that in my previous post) and see if it changes anything. If it shows the same error and you are sure that you have disabled everything that is blocking BLC connections, submit a bug report via the launcher (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports). It will send us your logs and admins will look into the problem.
