when I load replay and click edit play button
it instatly close and client say their crash
i can view replay what i play but can't load my camera and edit setting cause of instant close
any advice?

It's on 1.15.1

Hello,

Next time the game crashes, submit a bug report through the launcher. You can do that by scrolling down and clicking on the "Submit Bug Report" button in the launcher. It will send us your logs. Logs are required for most bug reports as they contain errors and information to help identify what the problem is and fix it.


It will bring you to the page where you will need to fill some questions out so we can be aware of what is wrong. Don't forget to click on "Add New Thread" when you have finished!
Once you have submitted a bug report, it might take some time (usually up to 24 hours) for a developer or admin to respond, please be patient.

Edit: I've experienced the same problem on 1.15.1. I already have submitted a bug report. You should do that too. :)

i tried client bug report but the website crash
and client keep "log reporting" not finishing

Hello,

Close the game and the launcher. Launch it again, open the replay file, do what you did to make it crash, then go to the launcher, scroll down and click on "Submit Bug Report".

If the browser is crashing, you should consider:
- updating the browser;
- trying a different browser (in this case you would need to set a different browser as a default browser for all links and that stuff - that can be done in Windows settings).

If you are getting the "400" error or something like that, log out from the launcher and forums and then log back in. Then do what you did to make the game crash and submit a bug report again.

If none of that has helped, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108 and create a new thread. Explain the problem (what you did before it crashed and how to reproduce the crash). The tech support team might ask you to upload the crash logs manually.
