Last week, I had to rebuild my computer. Since then, my FPS is less than 10. I have an AMD FX 6300 Six-core processor, 3500Mhz with 16 Gb of RAM. Prior to the rebuild, FPS was above 200 and that was with 8 Gb of RAM. Also when I play normal minecraft with optifine I get over 100 FPS. Hello,What happens when you allocate less than 8 GB of RAM for normal Minecraft? Do you get the same problem (very low FPS)?
Edit: it's so I can understand if this happens only for Badlion Client or both.

I lowered my minecraft to 1GB and I had about 50FPS. At 8GB on minecraft I get about 200FPS. On Badlion I get about the same FPS with 1 or 8 GB of Ram.Posted on 14 January 2020 - 06:09 AM

Open Badlion launcher, allocate 2 GB of RAM, then launch the game.
Join a single-player world or a server. Then open task manager, check the CPU, GPU and RAM usage. Tell me those numbers.

Hello,It would be nice if you posted a screenshot of Task Manager (processes tab) when Badlion Client is running with 2GB of RAM allocated. Do it when you notice the decrease in FPS (I guess it happens after you join a server or a single-player world) and immediately take a screenshot of Task Manager.

Hello,Thanks for uploading the screenshot.
CPU and Memory usage doesn't seem bad.
The CPU and GPU are the two significant factors that affect the FPS the most.
RAM does affect FPS but to a lesser extent. RAM becomes an essential part if you’re starting with an insufficient amount of memory. Allocating too much RAM is also not recommended.
Try reinstalling graphics drivers, and if the update is available, update those graphics drivers. It is also important to note that the latest drivers are not always better. So, if you have the latest graphics card drivers installed and getting low performance then you can roll back to previous drivers, and see if the problem goes away or not.
The last thing I'd suggest doing is completely reset Minecraft settings and redo them/use the best settings for best performance.
Using high (like very high) resolution texture packs and shaders will definitely affect performance.

1) Make sure all of the parts are connected properly
2) Make sure the CPU power (4 or 8 pins, can't remember) is properly connected
3) Make sure your heat sync is properly installed with a good heat transfer gel in between the heat sync + CPU (e.g. artic silver)
The fact that you are having issues after reconstructing the hardware leads me to believe that this is a hardware issue and not a software issue.

By rebuild, I meant reload a fresh install of Windows 10. Only hardware change was swapping out what was likely a bad 8 gb DIMM for 2x8 gb DIMM of RAM
