There is absolutely no need to be disrespectful and rude towards a staff member or anyone else.I'm not the one who came up with that rule. I simply asked if the purchase was made within 48 hours or it was made months ago.
You can try creating a new thread in the payment support section https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and wait for an admin to respond.

Saying one thing and later another thing can't help anyone in situations like this. It just makes everyone confused and frustrated.I noticed you had created a thread in the payment forums section a few minutes ago. Please be patient and wait for an admin to respond. It will be their decision to transfer those cosmetics or not after the 48 hour period.
I'm going to lock this thread as there is no need for it to stay open anymore. Concern was addressed.
