Hello,

If this is your first BAC ban, you would not be BAC banned anymore because the duration of the first BAC ban is 6 months.
If this is your second BAC ban, the duration of the punishment can be from a year to permanent.

It's either your second BAC ban or you are not remembering the exact date/month on which you got banned.
