Every time I open badlion it asks me "Do you allow this app to make changes to your device" how do i get it to stop saying that.

Hello,

You are required to run Badlion Client as administrator because of the anti-cheat (BAC). It needs admin privileges to work.

You can try disabling it by following this tutorial: https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/220796/post/1207423#1207423
I personally think it's not worth going through the whole tutorial just to not click on "YES" every time I launch Badlion Client.
