With optifine
This issue makes text hard to read because off laying letters.

And mods gui icon is too small.
How to fix it?

Hello,

That font issue is happening because you have set your language to Russian (if it's a different language, let me know). It's broken right now and developers are aware of it.

If you want to change the size of GUI mods, open the GUI editing menu.
