Hello,I'm sure the tech support team would need the launcher logs to see what's causing the launcher to crash.
Go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108 and make a thread. Then explain the problem. Most likely you will be asked to upload the launcher logs manually.

Hello,Do what I told you to do. Go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108 and make a thread. Then explain the problem. Most likely you will be asked to upload the launcher logs manually (doesn't matter if it opens fully or not). I didn't mention anything about submitting a bug report through the bottom of the launcher.
Logs contain errors and information to help identify what the problem is.
