Hey, so today I decided to start playing minecraft again. I downloaded Badlion client. Because I couldn't remember my old account, I signed up again with a new one. Though when I started my game and tried to connect on a BAC protected server, it said "You have been banned via BAC". After that I remembered that I got banned from BAC before on my old account back in april 2019. After trying like 30 minutes to find my old account I could reset the password and login to that account again. But again when I logged onto MC and tried to join a BAC protected server I got the same message that I was banned. Now my question is: Shouldn't the first account be unbanned already? (I have read that you'll get unbanned after 6 months. And yes this ban was my first ban.) And maybe could it be that I got unbanned but then banned again because I used the new account? Would be nice if any staff member was able to help me.

Little edit: Notice that I already made a post in December where I asked when I would be unbanned. And someone told me that I should be unbanned shortly if it was really 6 months ago. But now it was like over 8 months ago.

Hello,
If it says that you are still banned, this means that you either weren’t banned in April 2019, but a bit later on or that you still had cheats inside the Badlion Client once connecting to the BAC protected server (although this is very unlikely).
If the first case is true, then it is normal that the second account is banned as both your account and your Hardware is banned.

Be respectful! We (client moderators) can't check bug reports that have been submitted in a private bug reports forum section (https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108).

If you have submitted a bug report, please be patient. The tech support team/developers/admins have to deal with loads of bug reports.
I've also submitted a bug report through the launcher, and I am waiting for a response. I'm not going on other threads and aggressively tell them to check my bug report.
