Hello,We can't see that screenshot.
If you are talking about Minecraft accounts that you can switch between using the in-game account switcher, then you need to do that through the normal Minecraft launcher because there is no option to remove Minecraft accounts from the account switcher on Badlion Client.
If you meant something else, please explain it and use Imgur to upload all screenshots.

The account switcher on Badlion Client does not let you to remove any account.
Open normal Minecraft. Click on the top left corner, select the account you want to remove, then click on the top left corner again, then click on "log out".
I'm on LOA right now. That's the only screenshot I had saved on my phone. I hope it's enough.
