I don't actually think thats a good idea, because you can easily add any sound effect to your texture pack, so yeah.-1

Oof mod v2 specifically plays death sound effect when someone dies. It's a kill sound effect. In sound packs u are able to put custom sound effects but you aren't able to specify mini game deaths like in hypixel plus hypixel uses different kind of sound effects in different games. Badlion already said they were not going to add OOF Mod V2 due to legal reasons
