i remember that you used to be able to add more than 1 minecraft account onto a single badlion account. like i didnt have to log into another account to play on an alt. so is it possible to have multiple minecraft accounts without having to log out and back in?

There haven't been released any details about Badlion Client 3.0 yet.
I think there will be an in-game account switcher, just like the one we currently have on Badlion Client. It's a useful feature and I don't think it will be removed.
