My badlion doesn't open and this message appears: "Badlion client needs at least windows 7 service pack 1 to operate properly. You need to download service pack 1." Heeeelp

You need to download Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15090/windows-7-install-service-pack-1-sp1
There are two ways of installing it:
1) installing Windows 7 SP1 using Windows Update (recommended).
2) downloading and installing Windows SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
Both options are explained on the Microsoft website.

You also need to download the security patch for SHA-2 support.
