Badlion Client Mods -- but outside the Badlion Client
Does anybody have a list of the mods that Badlion Client uses? I'm not talking their official list, I'm talking like actual download pages for mods that can be installed using Forge.

Badlion Client causes extreme lag on my laptop, and I get Out Of Memory errors frequently (even when giving the game 5 of my 8 gigs of RAM), yet somehow I can literally run AllTheMods V3 without any problems (on 3 gigs of RAM). I just wanna figure out a way to install the mods from Badlion onto a Forge instance of MultiMC. I won't even necessarily install all the mods either, I just want a really good list of mods without any potential duplicate features across multiple mods.

Any help is greatly appreciated, please do send me any lists you may have. (I'd appreciate if all mods on the list are for 1.8.9.)

Hello,

There is no download list of mods that Badlion Client uses. Go through the in-game mods menu and use Google to try to find similar mods. Some mods/settings are custom coded and you won't find them anywhere.

Here's the guide that explains what to do when your game run out of memory - https://www.badlion.net/wiki/out-of-memory
You should take a look at it.

Thank you for the help.

I've already seen that guide, and I've gone through closing every other running program that I can possibly close just to run the game on 5 out of my 8 gigabytes of ram. I still get Out Of Memory issues, and the lag is still extremely horrible.

The reason I asked for folks to provide me modification links is because I went through myself and found a list of them, but there are a lot of entries I picked with extremely similar or even duplicate features that are causing crashing issues when paired together.

That is the list of mods I found. While Forge detects no duplicates, there are 3 mods that provide armor status, at least 5 that offer heads-up-display modifications/customization, and I do not know what all else. (Yes, I excluded some Badlion modifications and added others not included in Badlion.)

You should never add or remove anything from the Badlion Client. This could cause:
1) malfunctions
2) to get you banned as modifying the client is bannable.

If you are crashing when paring mods together, please submit a bug report via the launcher.

We have a different topic in this thread. This person can't use Badlion Client due to issues and was wondering if it's possible to get a list of mods from online download websies to later use them on Forge. Nothing was mentioned about adding or removing mods directly from the client. After all, if someone wanted to do it, they would need to be an experienced developer.

Bug report (submitted through the launcher) is not required for Forge issues.

5GB seems to be a little bit too high. Allocate 2-3GB.
The "Out of memory" guide had one more step - submitting a bug report through the launcher. Have you done that?

Here's a list of a few things that you can try doing before submitting a bug report:
• Do frequent malware scans with an antivirus program to ensure no malicious programs are consuming computer resources.
• Update graphics drivers.
• Use the best settings for the best performance. You might need to use Google to find examples of the best settings.
