We have rolled out some more bug fixes.if you are still having this issue please IMMEDIATELY after everything is reset submit a bug report using the bottom of the launcher and describe in the bug report the problem you are having with the settings being reset.
We will then be able to look at your logs and try to diagnose and fix the issue.
