Hello.
My account was given to me as a gift 3 years ago, I have used it since then.
Unfortunately, the person who purchased it for me has changed the login details and I am no longer able to use the account.
I was wondering if it is possible to transfer my cosmetics and Insider rank to a new account that I could buy?
I don't really have much to prove that I own the account except for payment receipts, videos from last year to now, namemc profile information and the bug reports I've posted in the past.

The staff team has stated before that due to security concerns purchases cannot be transferred after 48 hours of purchase. If it has been less than 48 hours since the purchase was made, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and make a thread. The pinned threads must be read first.

If it has been more than 48 hours since the purchase was made, then I don't think exceptions will be made.
You can try making a thread in the forum section I mentioned above and wait for an admin to respond. It will be their decision.
