Red Screen Bug

If you clear your inventory and the put on an elytra, your screen will turn a bit red (Only in the version 1.15.2)How to reproduce the bug: DO th following steps:
1. Clear out your inventory
2. Put on an elytra
3. Throw the elytra item in your hotbar away
If you then close the world, you game will be still red.

It looks like it's caused by the armor status mod.I reported this issue to an admin.
