Hello,

Something is blocking the Badlion Client installation. It can be your firewall and/or antivirus or something similar.

If you don't know how to disable Windows 7 firewall, check this tutorial - https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-disable-the-windows-firewall-2624505

If you don't know how to disable your antivirus, you might need to use Google because I don't know what antivirus you are using.
