Hey! I was just wondering if BAC is a whitelisted client on Hypixel and can I use EVERYTHING on the client? I was wondering this because there is toggle sprint on BAC and people say it is bannable and I don't want to get banned from Hypixel :)

Hypixel himself has said that Badlion Client is allowed on Hypixel. However, there are some mods in BLC that give players unfair advantage but they already have force-disabled those mods. Everything else that is not force-disabled can be used on Hypixel.
