Hi, so I was wondering how are Minecraft clients made. I know that you could create your own client with MCP but that's now discontinued and I doubt that anyone is really using it anymore. So my question is how are people creating Minecraft clients nowadays? I found this and I haven't tried it yet but I doubt anyone uses this since it's just from version 1.13 and for lower versions you would have to use original MCP.

EDIT: To clarify I'm just wondering if there is something that can decompile Minecraft for me, I ofc know that I can use mappings from MCPBot and just get source code from my vanilla Minecraft client
