Hello,There are a lot (and I mean hundreds) of bug reports that the tech support team has to go through. You submitted a bug report on March 3, 2020, but there might be other bug reports that were submitted before you had done it. Your bug report (https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/243525) won't be ignored nor it will disappear. Please be patient.
