If the appeal was denied, then they have proof of you using something that is not allowed on their server. Not only it can be an injected cheat but also modifications like auto clickers or macros on your mouse or keyboard.
They have a whole team of people who review the proof before denying or accepting the appeal.

Badlion Client shouldn't get anyone banned from Hypixel if it hasn't been injected with cheats.
Hypixel himself has said on Twitter that Badlion Client is safe to use. Badlion Client also recently has been added to their allowed modifications list.
