How to "quick eat/quick drink"

This I know is purely cosmetic, but I really want to know how to do it. In this video (no promotion, just the one that sparked my interest), it shows drinking a potion, but then the potion swings down and to the side halfway through, like a toggle.https://youtu.be/YqvjXWUSu7I?t=142
How does this happen/work?

To do this, you need the "Animations" mod toggled.When you're eating/drinking, look at a block and hold down left click. This makes your character punch while eating/drinking, but is purely cosmetic and doesn't really punch.
To start eating/drinking with this animation, hold down both mouse buttons when you start to eat/drink.
