my client keeps crashing: i try to join servers, sometimes it lets me play for a few seconds, other times it crashes instabtly, other times i leave it in the menu and it still keeps crashing. i saw threads on this from about a year ago but none presented a clear solution

Hello,

Next time the game crashes submit a bug report through the launcher. You can do that by scrolling down and clicking on the "Submit Bug Report" button in the launcher. It will send us your logs. Logs are required for most bug reports as they contain errors and information to help identify what the problem is and fix it.
