Hello,Make sure that you have a stable internet connection, and make sure that your firewall and antivirus aren't blocking Badlion Client connections. Also, make sure that you’re not using any VPNs.

Yea, no vpn no firewall no antivirus none of that is affecting it and im still getting same issue, yet I can still go to fourms and store from the clientPosted on 21 March 2020 - 06:58 PM
Our infrastructure is overloaded which means you might have to wait a while to get onto the client.Sorry for the inconvenience!

It will take some time but eventually, you will get into the client. We plan on increasing the number of proxies by tomorrow, until then, you have to be patient!Posted on 21 March 2020 - 07:41 PM

Hello,Infrastructure is overloaded, therefore you cannot get on for some time. You cannot fix it, we will upgrade the proxies by tomorrow but you have to be patient, there's no estimated time to when you're able to get onto the client at this moment of time, so my advice is to just wait it out an hour or so, try booting the client up then!

UPDATE: The authentication issues should now be resolved. Please restart your client if you are still stuck
