Hello,Make sure to enable Optifine before launching the game.
If you launched 1.15.x, Optifine is not not available for those versions (Optifine has settings like 'Other', 'Performance', etc.).

@BappololYou don't have Optifine. There are no other Optifine settings.
It should look like this:
Check if you have enabled Optifine in the launcher.
If you have enabled it in the launcher and it is not working in-game, then submit a bug report through the bottom of the launcher after launching the game with Optifine enabled (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports). It will send us your logs and the tech support team will look into the issue.
