Please admins, what is stoping you to just open badlion? Currently it's coronavirus time and we are bored so you can just open badlion. Why not? I know your main project is BLC right now but Badlion Network will really boost players playing on BLC if it will be required on it. It's more money for you and for us better game

It has been said multiple times by the owner himself that they do not plan on opening the Badlion server.
