Since this new update my togglesprint just wont work even with anything enabled and its really frustrating since i only play Minecraft with the Badlion Client so i cant proper pvp anymore or have fun in it.

Hello,

Use your sprint key to toggle it.
Disable the "Use Separete Toggle Buttons" option and see if it works.
