I payed for resetting my potion stats and it never happened !IGN : eZChase21 (Chasekw21)

You can buy this package and get access to a 1 time rating reset. You can purchase as many rating resets as you want (they are all 1 time). You have the option ingame to reset all of your ratings or only certain ladders (e.g vanilla, hcf, legacy, archer).
It should also be noted that every major update game update (1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8) we do a ladder reset for everyone based on the game changes.
In-game you can use /resetelo [name of ladder's seperated by commas] to select which ladders you want to reset the elo for. Afterwards use /resetelo confirm or /resetelo deny to confirm/deny the reset.
WARNING: ONCE YOU RESET YOUR ELO IT CANNOT BE UNDONE.
