Hey, i used badlion and turned on itemphysics, which looked like the real world. It looks really cool but i dont like it in pvp. So i turned it off, but the items were facing in my direction all the time and not rotating like vanilla mc. how can i get the vanilla item drop?

Are all items flat on the ground when the mod is turned off?
Try turning off the thrown animation option in the animation mod settings and see if it helps.
