So I Just Want To Know The Format Of The Badlion Cape Because I Am Wanting To Make A Cape For The Server Aspiria Mc. I Do Enjoy The Server And Would Like To Make A Cape Like That For Them. I Just Need To Know The Dimensions And So On. -Sky

This kind of information is not available publicly.
Server cloaks are only for partnered servers. If the server you mentioned wants a Badlion Client cloak, they need to use BAC (enterprise edition- https://store.badlion.net/category/bac/).
