Any wings cosmetics i am unable to see in the title menu.(the picture is just white). i can’t even use my own wings i have purchased

steps i have done to attempt to fix :
- uninstall/reinstall client
- restart PC on multiple occasions
- wait it out on the menu
- submitted a report
- different versions

if there’s anything that can help me get this fixed sooner that would be helpful.

and yes, even when i turn my wings on there unable to be seen by me and the picture is still not seen ^
